I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service experience I encountered at your dealership OLDMAC (Springwood 4127) I had booked a complimentary INSPECTION service for my brand new Camry on the 5th of January 2024, which was confirmed ten days prior. I am a full-time Uber driver, covering approximately 400 km daily.
On the scheduled day, January 5th, I arrived punctually at 7:20 am, only to be informed that the complimentary service was denied due to the supposedly excessive kilometers I had driven. This was perplexing, as I had booked the service through your app, and all details about my car were available at the time of confirmation.
If there were concerns about exceeding the allowable kilometers for the complimentary service, it raises questions as to why the app allowed me to proceed with the booking and why the dealership did not communicate this issue earlier. The lack of coordination and communication is highly disappointing.
The suggestion to visit the dealership from where I purchased the car adds further inconvenience, especially when your dealership had all the necessary information to assess my eligibility for the complementary service. Now, I am compelled to schedule a service with another dealership, and the earliest available date is the 15th of January 2024. Considering my daily Uber commitment of approximately 400 km, this raises concerns about the eligibility for a complimentary inspection.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the behavior and service I received from Oldmac Toyota Springwood, and I hope that you will address this issue promptly to ensure better communication and coordination in the future.

Was offered 3500 trade price for XR6 and was told it was the best they could possibly do. Took my business across the road to Isuzu dealership who gave me a 8500 trade on the same car. Taking advantage of the unsuspecting I bet they do this all the time.
Unfortunately, i've to gave a star this time. I got a very "young kid" to handle my car? Don't actually look like an experienced people with Toyota now, indeed. The point is they did not solve the issue, not even find the problem? Foreman's said nothing wrong the car! Very disappointed? Not recommend this time.
Unprofessional is an understatement for how I have been treated, faulty factory paint with my new hilux. Has been assessed 3 times by there inspectors ongoing for the last 6 months dodgy don’t want to fix there problems avoid Mathew hopper no help and unprofessional as they come.defiantly do not recommend this dealership or buying a new Toyota at all.
I took my Jeep here for new tires as I've always received exceptional service with my other vehicles. The level of knowledge and service here far exceeds anywhere else. Highly recommend for good advice and friendly service.
When my mother took her then not quite 4 year old car back to Oldmac, querying why the paint was deteriorating (despite having paint protection applied by Oldmac), she was fobbed off. What a disgraceful way to treat a customer.
